Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Forenom. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional sales and customer support with quick response time.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer contacts regarding accommodation contract inquiries, contract changes, accommodation process, maintenance or cleaning service questions, invoicing issues, etc.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (phone, email, webforms, chat in Service Cloud)
  • Map customer needs thoroughly to offer accommodation and value-added services accordingly
  • Generate leads for account managers, areas, and/or our own team
  • Participate in sales-related activities, such as outbound calls to existing customers or leads
  • Support with marketing activities – mainly related to copywriting in German language and social media
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional sales and customer support with quick response time
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Other tasks and responsibilities for the team or the individual may be introduced to the role in a short- or long-term perspective to assist and achieve Forenom's goals and the individual's personal development
  • Reports to: Commercial Director Germany

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' work experience from help desk or similar
  • You are fluent in German and English both orally and in writing
  • Additional languages are an advantage
  • High service level in all situations
  • Experienced user in Microsoft Office
