Sales Associate in Organic Bakery and Cheese Shop

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in our Organic Bakery and Cheese Shop in Cologne. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our organic products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Promote and sell our organic products, including bread, cheese, and other baked goods
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the bakery and cheese shop areas
- Process transactions and handle customer payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail or food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
