• After thorough training, assume independent bookkeeping duties, including examination, posting, and booking of ongoing business transactions
• Manage invoices, payments, and cash book
• Prepare booking receipts and account reconciliation
• Support in handling tax matters and year-end financial statements
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding financial matters

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Min. 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, ideally in the field of electrical, building & media technology
• Knowledge of financial accounting and handling of accounting software
• Good knowledge of German tax and commercial law
• Thorough and precise work style
