About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP GRC Consultant to join our team at Xiting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Access Control (GRC) and our own GRC solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain SAP GRC solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design GRC solutions.
  • Design, configure, and test SAP security roles and ensure that task and critical access management is properly managed.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks related to SAP roles and profiles.
  • Support internal and external audit teams during audits and provide necessary assistance.
  • Provide expertise on SAP authorization concepts, role design, and risk management strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest GRC trends, updates, and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP compliance topics, particularly SAP GRC Access Control and SAP authorizations.
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent understanding of SAP security concepts, including user management, role design, and access controls.
  • Proficient in German and English languages, with a willingness to travel for projects.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with excellent communication and conceptual skills.
