Job Title: Aerospace Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Systems Engineer to join our team at ADECCO. As a key member of our Aviation department, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge aerospace systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and define system requirements for aircraft and subsystems
  • Design and develop autoflight modeling and control law specifications
  • Assess and solve system problem reports, including clearance and design assessments
  • Support autoflight rig tests and flight tests
  • Coordinate with partner companies, including BAES and Leonardo
  • Prepare overall reports and resulting procedures and flight restrictions
  • Generate verification claims and support the verification process
  • Contribute to the development of flight manuals and procedures
  • Support the preparation of flight clearances under flight mechanical aspects
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in aerospace engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of aircraft dynamics and flight control systems, autoflight and flight control laws, and requirements engineering
  • Proficiency in programming languages, including C, C++, Python, Matlab, and SCADE
  • Business fluent English language skills
  • Good German language skills an advantage
