Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP Manager, der unsere Kunden bei der Digitalisierung und Beratung von Finanzinstituten unterstützt. Als Teil unseres Teams in der Financial Services Branche werden Sie fundierte Einblicke in die Strategie-, Risk & Compliance oder Technology Beratung gewinnen.
Aufgaben- Als SAP Transformation Manager führen Sie herausfordernde und spannende (SAP S/4HANA) Transformations- sowie Optimierungsprojekte für führende nationale sowie internationale Unternehmen durch.
- Als Digitalization Manager SAP bauen Sie Business Architekturen für unsere Kunden auf und zeigen Wege, wie die Cloud und Business Transformationen für unsere Kunden nicht nur technisch durchgeführt werden, sondern auch mehrwertorientiert und unterstützend umgesetzt werden können.
- Als SAP Process Manager arbeiten Sie in einem dynamischen Team mit hoher Motivation und treten entsprechend Ihrer Erfahrung als (Teil-) Projektleiter auf.
- Als SAP Business Transformation Manager begleiten Sie Unternehmen sowohl auf prozessualer Ebene (z.B. S/4HANA-Vorstudien) als auch auf späteren Implementierungsprojekten.
- Als SAP Financial Services Manager führen Sie Qualitätsmanagement sowie Qualitätssicherung im Rahmen von S/4HANA-Transformationen durch.
- Als SAP S/4HANA Manager unterstützen Sie aktiv bei der Angebotserstellung und bei Präsentationen für unsere Kunden.
- Als SAP Cloud Manager gestalten Sie die digitale Transformation in Finanzinstituten und nutzen dafür z.B. Design Thinking oder Projektmanagementansätze.
- Als SAP Business Process Manager entwickeln Sie die IT-Architekturumgebungen in Bankensteuerungsbereichen weiter.
- Als SAP Manager beraten Sie den CIO bei der Realisierung der Transformation durch Analyse und Umsetzung von Architektur-Modellen, IT-Governance, IT-Sicherheit oder IT-Kostenmanagement.
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Mindestens 5-7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzindustrie, Dienstleistungsunternehmen, branchen-übergreifend oder Unternehmensberatungen mit oder ohne einen vergleichbaren Hintergrund im Bereich SAP mit Focus auf SAP S/4HANA (Finance).
- Mindestens 5-7 Jahre spezifische Erfahrung in der fachlichen sowie technischen Konzeption von S/4 HANA (Finance) sowie Customizing-Kenntnisse in SAP S/4 HANA in SAP Core-Modulen wie FI, CO, Treasury Management oder übergreifenden Themen, die für eine S/4 HANA Transformation essentiell sind wie Geschäftspartner und Reporting im Umfeld der SAP Analytics Cloud (SAP SAC) oder SAP BW/4HANA.
- Idealerweise erste Projektleitungs- und Führungserfahrung.
- Einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Reisebereitschaft, um unsere Kunden und Kunden auch vor Ort beraten zu können.
- Ein tiefe Fachkenntnis, ein professionelles sowie selbstsicheres Auftreten und sehr gute Kommunikationsskills.
