Your Responsibilities

• Provide activating care and support to patients in the early, late, and night shifts.
• This includes comprehensive, patient-centered digital documentation, participation in visits, collaboration with the therapeutic team, and a trusting cooperation with all professional groups in the clinic.
• Pre- and post-stationary care of patients.

Your Profile

• You hold a license to practice as a nursing professional or geriatric nurse.
