Technical Project Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our technical building equipment projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex building projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate technical building equipment projects, including all interfaces with E-MSR/GA/HKLS
  • Coordinate, control, and monitor the execution of projects by external contractors
  • Ensure the quality, timely, and cost-effective execution of all works on site
  • Coordinate interfaces and participate in internal and external meetings
  • Perform technical acceptance of services based on documentation
  • Perform technical and commercial assessments of additional work
  • Oversee defect rectification, including monitoring of deadlines

Requirements

  • Completed studies, technical degree, or master's degree in building construction, technical building equipment, building services, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation, or electrical engineering
  • Professional experience in a comparable position
  • Good knowledge of relevant DIN and VDE regulations, as well as contract law (VOB, BGB, HOAI)
  • Willingness to work and personal commitment
  • Class B driving license
