Financial Risk Manager in Sustainable Energy Project Lending

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Risk Manager to join our team at ProCredit Holding AG.
About the Role- Assess credit risk for loan applications from subsidiary banks for renewable energy projects, coordinating the process and reviewing financial analysis and proposals.
- Provide independent credit risk opinions for loan origination and/or forbearance measures, as needed.
- Develop and implement institutional approaches to financing renewable energy projects in developing and emerging countries, including templates, guidelines, manuals, tools, and IT projects.
- Support subsidiary banks in implementing these approaches through training and coordination.
- Prepare presentations for internal seminars and training courses as part of our credit risk training curriculum.
- Review reports on portfolio quality on a regular basis.
- Work closely with credit risk departments of subsidiary banks, including performing site visits when necessary.
- Manage projects related to credit risk assessment for the renewable energy project finance portfolio, including coordination with IT departments.
- Maintain expertise in credit risk assessment methodologies and best practices.
- Analytical skills, with ability to review complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
€80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
