Ihre Aufgaben

Als Social Media Content Moderator bei Forum K GmbH sind Sie für die Bewertung und Bearbeitung von Inhalten auf sozialen Medien verantwortlich. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Auswertung von Benutzerberichten, um anstößige oder verstörende Inhalte zu identifizieren und entsprechend zu kennzeichnen
  • Überprüfung, Blockierung und Löschen von Inhalten, die gegen die Community-Standards unseres Kunden verstoßen
  • Erbringung eines hohen Genauigkeits- und Qualitätsstandards in Ihrer Arbeit
  • Direkter Einfluss auf die Reduzierung von Hass, Rassismus, Mobbing, Cyberkriminalität und der Verbreitung von Fehlinformationen in Online-Räumen
Ihr Profil

Wir suchen nach einem engagierten und zuverlässigen Moderator, der:

  • Schichtbereitschaft (24/7) aufweist
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse besitzt
  • Hohes Bewusstsein für die kulturelle und politische Situation, bemerkenswerte soziale Themen und populäre Trends in dem Markt/der Region, die Sie unterstützen werden
