Automotive Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at HBK, a leading provider of real-time software, simulator, and hardware-in-the-loop solutions. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in developing the HiL automotive market in the DACH region and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets in the DACH region
  • Collaborate with our international team to address the growing HiL market
  • Propose, quote, and negotiate HiL projects and solutions with automotive industry clients
  • Utilize your technical expertise to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with our engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and services
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive hardware-in-the-loop applications sales
  • Knowledge of dSPACE, Vector, NI, Backhoff, Speedgoat, or other HiL systems
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, with MS or PhD a plus
