Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere in our store and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and responding to customer needs, and making product recommendations.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising displays and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of jewelry and accessories, with a focus on Pandora products.
  • Sales: Proven sales experience, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Visual Merchandising: Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
