Highway Supervisor/Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Highway Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Hohenfels, Germany. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, direction, and coordination of highway construction projects.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and technical skills. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation;
• Manage and coordinate the work of our construction teams, including supervising staff, monitoring progress, and resolving issues;
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality standards;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and procurement teams;
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including project performance metrics and financial data;

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in highway construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Familiarity with German labor laws and regulations;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools;
