We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Business Transformation Services team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our marketing goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal and external communication efforts, including coordination with authors and external agencies
- Assist with special projects, campaigns, and events, such as ordering print products and creating marketing materials
- Contribute to creative tasks, such as image and video editing, depending on personal interests and previous experience
- Support the creation and adaptation of marketing documents and presentations, adhering to SAP's Corporate Identity and Brand Guidelines
- Take ownership of self-created concepts and projects
- Organize internal events and workshops for the BTS Communications team
- Provide administrative support for the BTS Communications team
Requirements
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred major(s): economics with a focus on marketing, communication, media management, journalism, social studies, or similar
- First experience and previous knowledge from other marketing media or editorial departments
- Strength in analytical and strategic thinking or in creative work
- Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Experience with content management systems (e.g. MS SharePoint is a plus)
- Language skills: Fluent in English and at least B1/B2 German
- Soft Skills: Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Obligatory: Reliability, independence, flexibility, and goal-oriented work
