About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Admin Specialist to join our team in Berlin, Germany. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the UK & Ireland HR Business Partner team and be responsible for the ongoing service delivery for all administration of employee life cycle events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely administration for HR core processes, including onboarding, development, leavers, pay & hours calculations
  • Generate letters, documents, and templates for the HR team to deliver business needs
  • Offer timely and accurate guidance and advice on HR policies and practices and systems to managers and employees
Requirements
  • Secondary school education or equivalent, preferably with a degree/certificate in a HR related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with HR tools (ideally SAP HR) and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with ability to work towards deadlines
  • Fluency in English
