Key Responsibilities

  • Manage collateral assets with a focus on mortgage-backed securities in real estate financing, ensuring optimal returns.
  • Monitor disbursement requirements and loan valuations to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Prepare and implement resolution changes and scoring models to improve lending efficiency.
  • Conduct disbursements in accordance with MaBV regulations, maintaining compliance and accuracy.
  • Verify disbursement readiness for new constructions based on construction progress, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, notaries, banks, and property developers to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Handle KfW payment requests and measures monitoring, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Finalize cover actions to complete task profiles, ensuring comprehensive coverage and risk management.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Completed banking or equivalent education, with a strong understanding of financial markets and regulations.
  • Several years of experience in long-term real estate lending, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficient in MS-Office and SAP, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain effective relationships with business partners and customers.
