About the Role
Nordex Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will be responsible for conducting risk-based audits of our business processes across various areas, including finance, sales, production, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute risk-based audit plans to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business processes and risk landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the audit committee
- Support the Head of Internal Audit in developing and implementing the internal audit strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit or a related field in a German or international industrial company
- University degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
- CIA or CISA certification is an asset
- Fluent English language skills, with German or Spanish language skills being an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hands-on mentality and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Ability to travel for business purposes
