We are seeking a Production Worker (m/w/d) for our Hennigsdorf location (H.E.S. Hennigsdorfer Elektrostahlwerke GmbH). The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating production equipment according to quality and production standards
• Transporting and operating cranes and forklifts
• Conducting quality control checks and making decisions on material rejection
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Operating various machinery and equipment

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in a metallurgical or metalworking profession (desired)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to operate cranes, forklifts, and other equipment (desired)
• Brenner training (desired)
• Availability for 4-shift work
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Interest in learning new products and processes
