Digital Content Strategist

We're seeking a highly skilled Content & Social Media Manager to lead our content efforts across platforms. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our brand voice, developing engaging social media campaigns, and delivering creative content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement content strategies for social media channels and blogs, focusing on engagement and brand storytelling.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost engagement and promote programs, ensuring alignment with our marketing goals.
- Write, edit, and publish content across platforms, including blog posts, LinkedIn articles, Instagram posts, and email newsletters.
- Engage with our online communities by responding to comments and fostering dialogue.
- Analyze social media metrics and web traffic to refine content strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and growth in engagement.
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with key social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Ability to craft compelling copy tailored to different channels and audiences, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive and independent worker, comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving them forward.
- Familiarity with the Startup, Innovation, and Future of Work sectors.
- Native-level English language proficiency.

Our interview process begins with a 30-minute video call, followed by a case study assignment and a 1.5-hour in-person interview, which includes a presentation. The final stage is a 1-hour interview to meet more of our team.
