Wind Turbine Blade Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Blade Repair Specialist to join our team at RTS Wind AG in Bremen. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance work on rotor blades, inspecting blade surfaces, and documenting your work.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance work on rotor blades
  • Inspect blade surfaces and check them from the inside
  • Document your work and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with a team of 2-3 colleagues
Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training as laminator, painter, boat builder, or similar
  • Experience in surface coating and plastics processing is desirable
  • Driving license, class B or higher
  • Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English
