Senior Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team at GULP – experts united. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for the independent calculation of construction projects in civil engineering and pipeline construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluation of tender documents
• Independent preparation of bills of quantities and mass calculations based on tenders
• Timely and complete preparation and submission of tender documents
• Development of special proposals and alternatives
• Preparation of budgets and cost estimates
• Working closely with the purchasing department to procure and evaluate subcontractor offers
• Preparation and support in negotiations with customers and in the awarding of subcontractor services
• Calculation of supplementary offers in close coordination with project and construction management
• Participation in project handover meetings
• Coordinating the technical, personnel and mechanical bases for the calculation

Requirements:

• Completed studies in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, process engineering or a comparable technical qualification in pipeline construction, civil engineering or plant construction
• Professional experience in the supervision and implementation of tenders, calculations and contract awards in the field of pipeline construction, civil engineering or plant construction
• Experience in using the RIB iTWO software
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Independent and responsible way of working, commitment and ability to work in a team
