Are you a problem-solver with a passion for technical project management? Do you thrive in interdisciplinary environments? We're seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to drive operational excellence in our Global Supply team.

This role is based in Cologne, Germany, with the option to work from our co-working office or remotely. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the operational success of our Channel Manager integrations
  • Collaborating closely with operational teams to resolve challenges and bugs
  • Developing a comprehensive internal knowledge base to educate operational teams on new features and processes
  • Supporting listing managers with content verification via integrations
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Global Supply Sales

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • First-hand experience in project management or operations, preferably in a technical environment
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • A strong technical understanding and interest in technical project management
  • An analytical mindset and structured approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in working with spreadsheets and ticketing systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a structured and systematic manner
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with tasks as needed
