Job Overview:

As an IACS Registrar with French Consulting, you will play a vital role in providing customer service and support to our USAG Community members. This position involves issuing DBIDS Cards, performing administrative duties, and processing access roster lists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our community members.
  • Issue DBIDS Cards to authorized personnel.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the team.
  • Process access roster lists to ensure accurate and timely access to facilities.
  • Conduct basic data entry to maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • US citizenship and age requirement.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service.
  • US ID card holder with base access.
