Senior Client Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Consultant to join our team at Mediaplus Gruppe. As a Senior Client Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key client stakeholders, as well as with international partner agencies.
Key responsibilities include leading project management for international governance, overseeing cross-markets projects, and guiding central strategic governance. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting ideas, strategies, competitive landscapes, and reports to senior-level clients.
Additionally, you will oversee central digital buying operations, conducting reporting and quality assurance checks across platform campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams to address client requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in client consulting and account management, with experience in media planning, buying, and budget management. You should have a proven track record of managing international, complex client portfolios and delivering successful campaigns.

Requirements- Completed Bachelor ́s Degree or equivalent diploma in marketing, advertising, media, and related fields
- 5+ years of experience in client consulting / account management within the advertising industry or in the marketing department on client ́s side
- Hands-on experience with media planning, buying and budget management, both offline and online - with high affinity to digital and social media
- Proven track record of managing international, complex client portfolios and delivering successful campaigns
- Experience translating data into actionable recommendations and presentations – proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required
- Ability to mentor and collaborate with cross-functional, international teams
- Business fluent in English; German or other European languages nice-to-have
