We offer a curated selection of beauty products, delivered straight to customers' doors, from well-known brands to emerging talent. Our team of over 100 employees from 22 nations works together to create a platform for beauty discovery.
Job OpportunityWe are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Ecommerce Manager to join our team and lead our next stage of growth. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for managing our website and driving sales across subscriptions and limited editions in the European territory. You will work closely with our campaigns team to ensure sales and cancellation targets are met, while maintaining strong levels of retention. Your analytical mindset and ability to analyze data will be essential in driving business growth and informing our decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage our website and drive sales across subscriptions and limited editions in the European territory.
- Analyze ecommerce KPI metrics daily to maximize sales opportunities and react accordingly.
- Ensure all offers, site banners, and pricing are correct.
- Work closely with the campaigns team to brief and build engaging product pages that provide customers with relevant information, advice, and conversion.
- Ensure our monthly brand campaigns are realized on site and across all online marketing channels.
- Work closely with tech and operations to ensure a smooth user journey and customer experience.
- Work with the paid media team to achieve sales and brand awareness targets, ensuring PPC and Paid Social ads are created on-time, evaluated, and improved throughout the month.
- Manage our eCRM strategy, ensuring a strong calendar of email activity is planned and delivered for both subscribers and non-subscribers.
- Utilize Google Analytics and our in-house data platform to highlight areas of improvement and new opportunities for the business.
- Deliver added value to the business with our occasional limited editions.
- Liaise with our partnerships, social, and campaigns teams to ensure clear, cohesive brand communications on site, via email, and digital marketing channels.
- Review competitor activity and analyze trends to ensure we are in a strong market position.
- 3+ years of experience in the ecommerce industry.
- A genuine interest in beauty.
- Good project management, planning, and organization skills.
- HTML encoding skills are a plus.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Analytical mindset, structured approach to problem-solving, independent way of working.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German required.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to analyze data and draw recommendations based on data insights.
- Have a pulse on industry trends and culture.
- Have a 'no task is too small' attitude and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
