About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Introduction Team Lead to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the Product Introduction team and ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Product Introduction team and provide strategic direction and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services.
  • Develop and implement effective project management processes and procedures to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement effective training and development programs to ensure the skills and knowledge of team members are up-to-date and aligned with business needs.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the rail or transportation industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other project management tools.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
