We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team at bindan GmbH & Co. KG. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, as well as coordinate visitor and customer arrivals
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the reception area and waiting room
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
