About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bio Sales Assistant in our organic retail market in Meerbusch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our organic products, and maintaining a clean and attractive sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on our organic products
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit transactions
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Participate in visual merchandising and product displays to promote our organic products
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
