Senior Java Developer - Vehicle Logistics Expert
Are you looking to make an impact in the world of vehicle logistics? INFORM GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our global market-leading software solutions for vehicle logistics.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Expertise: Utilize technologies like Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, RESTful API, Svelte, RabbitMQ, and tools such as Jira, Git / GitLab, Jenkins, Kubernetes, AWS, Maven, Docker, IntelliJ / Eclipse, SonarQube.
- Architecture and Product Development: Lead the architecture and enhancement of our software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Cloud Transformation: Collaborate with your team on the strategic planning and implementation of our product's cloud transformation, leveraging your expertise in cloud technologies.
- Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate new technologies for continuous improvement of our solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
- Code Quality: Ensure code quality and best practices through code reviews and mentoring, promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
- Team Collaboration: Work together with cross-functional teams and other departments, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Agile Processes: Participate in agile dailies, weeklies, and retrospectives, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science or similar qualification.
- Experience: Several years of experience in software development, ideally in a lead developer or backend developer role, with expertise in Java and cloud technologies.
- Java Skills: Solid knowledge in Java backend development, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Technical Expertise: Experience in developing and implementing microservices architectures and Domain Driven Design, with a deep understanding of software design patterns.
- Cloud Experience: Background in designing and implementing cloud architectures with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with a strong focus on security, compliance, and scalability.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a strong focus on collaboration, adaptability, and problem-solving.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English, with a strong focus on clear and effective communication.
