We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant at our Pull&Bear store in Bochum. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, assisting customers in finding the perfect outfit, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in finding the perfect outfit
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Process sales transactions and handle customer payments
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Basic knowledge of fashion and trends
  • Ability to lift and move stock as needed
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
