Senior Compensation Expert

Exyte Central Europe GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Expert to join our team. As a key partner to the Senior Vice President Corporate HR, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-impact incentive programs for senior leadership to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Top Executives to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages, including bonus structures aligned with business goals.
- Stay ahead of legal and regulatory changes impacting compensation and benefits, advising C-Suite and leadership on compliance strategies.
- Provide hands-on guidance to HR on compensation matters, including managing budgets and crafting clear communication for bonus programs.
- Assess and understand unique regional needs, design tailored compensation and benefits solutions, and manage relationships with external vendors.
Requirements include:
- 8-10 years of Senior HRBP/CB experience, with a focus on supporting Top Executives.
- Master's degree in Business, Law, HR, or related fields.
- Extensive experience in a multinational work environment, coupled with specialized expertise in managing Hypotax and Shadow Payroll processes.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks impacting compensation and benefits.
