We offer a competitive salary of €25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

The Guest Service Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, guest rooms, and outdoor spaces. This includes performing routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing. Additionally, the coordinator will be expected to:

  • Restock supplies in rooms and common areas as needed.
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and manage reservations.
  • Address guest inquiries and provide information about the property and local area.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding the situation on-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar hospitality, cleaning, or gardening role.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning and light gardening tasks.
  • Flexibility to be available 24 hours per day, including weekends and holidays.
