**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Fördermittelmanager (m/w/d) in Bremerhaven. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and implementing projects related to innovation policy in the state of Bremen.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct project management and implementation of measures within the framework of the state of Bremen's innovation policy, including conception, organization, and execution of events, trade fair participations, networking, and public relations.
- Provide expert advice on state-owned funding instruments and assist with application procedures, including eligibility, cost calculation, and application submission.
- Process, review, and finalize applications, as well as accompany project implementation in accordance with grant, budget, and administrative regulations, taking into account federal and EU requirements.
- Manage the approval process, including preparation and creation of approval documents.
- Participate in committees, working groups, and support the conceptual and strategic preparation of new funding instruments and future topics.
- Handle administrative tasks, report to funding agencies and supervisory authorities.
- Prepare data for external audit bodies and accompany the audit process.
**Requirements**
- Completed degree in Business Administration (BA, MA, Diplom) or a comparable degree with a business focus, such as Business Engineering, or equivalent qualifications with a business-related focus.
- Desirable: professional experience in the field of economic promotion or knowledge of the municipal administrative structure. Alternatively, we welcome career starters, whom we would support with further education if needed.
- Desirable: knowledge of budget, grant, and administrative law.
- Experience in project management.
- Proficiency in standard office software, including MS Office.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new areas and independently and reliably complete tasks.
- Customer- and team-oriented, responsible, and goal-oriented working style, as well as good communication skills.
