Als primärer Digitalisierungspartner der Bundeswehr erbringen wir stabile, sichere und effiziente IT-Services im In- und Ausland, vom Grundbetrieb bis in den einsatznahen Bereich und tragen so zur kontinuierlichen Erhöhung der Führungs- und Einsatzfähigkeit der Bundeswehr bei. Mit über 7.000 Kolleg*innen betreiben und modernisieren wir eine der größten und komplexesten IT-Infrastrukturen in Deutschland. Wir suchen verantwortungsvolle IT-Spezialist*innen, die die Bundeswehr-IT aus Überzeugung in herausfordernden Digitalisierungsvorhaben weiterentwickeln und so einen Beitrag zur Sicherheit Deutschlands leisten wollen.
Der Cyber Innovation Hub der Bundeswehr (CIHBw) wurde 2017 gegründet, um die digitale Transformation der Bundeswehr voranzutreiben. Ausgerichtet am Bedarf der Soldatinnen und Soldaten sowie zivilen Angestellten des Bundesministeriums der Verteidigung (BMVg), entwickelt der Cyber Innovation Hub lösungsorientierte Innovationsvorhaben, indem er auf agile Arbeits- und Managementmethoden aus der Startup-Welt zurückgreift, Digitalexperten mit der Bundeswehr vernetzt und so eine Brücke zwischen Bundeswehr und Startup-Ökosystem schlägt.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Offline-, Online- und Hybrid-Veranstaltungen
- Du betreust die Events vor Ort
- Du wirkst bei der Recherche von Themen, Speakern und Inhalten für unsere regelmäßigen Formate mit
- Du bearbeitest interne Freigabe- und Bestellprozesse
Dein Profil:
- Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in im Bereich Eventmanagement, Marketing, Sozial- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften
- Du bist für mindestens 5 Monate verfügbar
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung bei der Umsetzung von verschiedenen Eventformaten
- Dich zeichnet besonders deine Hands-On Mentalität und Flexibilität aus
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und gehst strukturiert an deine Aufgaben heran
- Du bist kommunikativ und kontaktfreudig und hast bereits Ideen, wie wir unsere Events und Projekte noch innovativer umsetzen und gestalten können
- Du kannst es kaum erwarten, neue agile Arbeitsweisen kennenzulernen und diese gemeinsam mit uns weiter zu entwickeln
