About Us

iLUX Veranstaltungstechnik GmbH is a leading provider of event technology solutions, specializing in top-tier equipment and extensive industry expertise. We collaborate with corporations, agencies, and exhibition designers to deliver comprehensive technical strategies and planning for diverse events. Our services encompass lighting, sound, video, and staging technology, all managed with our own equipment, including power distribution and rigging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee lighting, audio, rigging, and media technology for various projects
  • Independently operate sound, lighting, or media systems for small to medium-scale events
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Directors to ensure seamless event execution on-site
  • Conduct equipment inspections and perform maintenance tasks
  • Prepare packing lists for events and manage equipment setup and dismantling
  • Assist with repairs and technical inspections
  • Work alongside maintenance and inventory teams
  • Perform general warehouse responsibilities
Required Qualifications
  • Completed training as an event technology professional
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with various disciplines of event technology
  • Strong physical fitness
  • Confident, self-reliant, and team-oriented work approach
  • Outstanding organizational and communication abilities
  • Capacity to manage high workloads while maintaining a positive demeanor under pressure
  • Valid driver's license (minimum Class B)
  • Preferred minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
