We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at BTL Medizintechnik GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our medical devices and aesthetic solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
- Manage and maintain our website and social media presence
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns
- Measure and report on marketing performance using analytics tools
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the medical device industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in German and English
