Mechanical Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Package Manager to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As a Mechanical Package Manager, you will be responsible for managing the mechanical aspects of our data centre projects, ensuring that all mechanical systems are installed and functioning correctly.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage site safety in conjunction with the project team and Safety Advisor, including setup, management, and closeout of the safety file, review of contractor EHS documentation, and site EHS performance.
- Manage the closeout of project items with support from relevant departments, including Final Account, O&M Manuals, Punch Lists, Safety Files, QA Files, material and plant relocation's, and project plans.
- Upload internal weekly progress reports to the project system, highlighting completion percentages, concerns, and risks within the team's control.
- Issue weekly progress reports to the Project Manager, detailing delays, design shortages, third-party issues, and progress percentages.
- Proven record of coordinating and managing large installation projects.
- Experience in Construction & Engineering for Data Centre/er, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor will be advantageous.
- Expat Allowance of €25,000.
