Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Product Leadership to join our team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business goals and customer needs
  • Collaborate with product leadership, engineering, and design teams to drive product development and innovation
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide input on product development
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth
  • Lead the product team to ensure timely and successful product launches
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in product leadership or management, with a strong background in software development and engineering
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Fluency in English is a must
