Material Flow Planner

We are seeking a skilled Material Flow Planner to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out simulation studies in accordance with the process model and defined standards for our global production sites.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Evaluation of real data to validate and optimize the simulation models
• Analyzing the processes and parameters to be mapped in collaboration with production planning and production departments
• Derivation of optimization measures and recommendations for action
• Preparation of findings for clients, management or decision-making bodies

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies or further training as a technician
• several years of professional experience in the field of activity, very good specialist knowledge in the field of process simulation with the Plant Simulation tool
• sound knowledge & experience in at least one higher programming language (e.g. C, C++, Java...).
• Experience in the use of a data analytics toolset (e.g. Pandas, KNIME, PowerBI, ...) is desirable
• Basic knowledge of process analysis and project management
• Fluent German language skills
