Diversity and Inclusion Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Diversity and Inclusion team as a Working Student. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects and initiatives, driving forward our mission to create a more inclusive and diverse workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the coordination and implementation of Diversity and Inclusion projects, including monitoring deadlines and KPIs.
- Contribute to the development and planning of new projects and initiatives, including event and communication planning.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including via social media and newsletters.
- Conduct research on new Diversity and Inclusion topics and projects, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables, including communications, reporting, and presentations for management and employees.
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Language skills: German is a must, English is beneficial.
- A can-do attitude and strong analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A good sense of marketing, communication, and event management.
