About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Realworld One. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving thought leadership, developing sales playbooks, and creating impactful customer stories through case studies and video.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thought Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive thought leadership strategy to position Realworld One as a leader in the VR and AR industry.
  • Sales Playbooks: Create and maintain sales playbooks that showcase the value of our solutions and drive sales growth.
  • Customer Stories: Develop and execute a strategy to create impactful customer stories through case studies and video.
  • Community Building: Spearhead the planning and execution of community-building events, including onsite VR community days and informative webinars, to engage with customers and prospects.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to serve the platform/product and sales teams with valuable market insights, supporting business growth and strategy refinement.
  • Collaboration: Foster seamless collaboration between various departments and manage relationships with freelancers and agencies to ensure effective marketing support across the board.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Leverage expertise in account-based marketing (ABX) and solution marketing to tailor strategies that resonate with our target audience, enhancing brand presence and market share.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in complex B2B marketing, with a proven track record of successful strategy development and execution.
  • Background: Solid background in solution marketing and account-based marketing (ABX), with the ability to craft tailored marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the VR/AR, Life Sciences, or software development industries, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Leadership: Prior experience as a key player in marketing, showcasing the ability to adapt and lead in diverse business settings.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of providing market insights and supporting sales teams with actionable intelligence.
  • International Experience: Experience working in or with US-headquartered companies, with an understanding of the dynamics and expectations of high-growth companies considered a plus.
