About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Export Manager to join our Sales Export team at Hansa. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth of Hansa product sales in designated geographical areas, working closely with our local agent network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies in line with corporate values and culture
  • Identify target markets and customers, and conduct market analyses to inform sales decisions
  • Collaborate with agents and customers to improve sales and market share in chosen export markets
  • Provide regular training and product information to customers in the area of responsibility
  • Coach agents and develop business with strategic customers in the countries

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales in an international environment
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to engage others across cultures and functions
  • Experience in the sanitary market, with technical knowledge an advantage
  • MSc/BSc in a relevant field
  • Fluent written and spoken English
