About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate for Dairy Products, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our dairy products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a high level of product presentation and freshness in the dairy product section
  • Implement national sales concepts and manage product pricing and inventory
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth
  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain a high level of product availability
Requirements
  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or relevant work experience in the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
