About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our Pre-Fabricated Solutions segment at Viega GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Pre-Fabricated Solutions segment, including responsibility for production planning, quality control, and cost management.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes and high-quality products.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Continuously optimize production processes and implement lean management principles to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Production Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and leadership. You will have a degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in manufacturing, preferably in a similar segment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and cost management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
