Group Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Accountant to join our team at ib vogt. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review quarterly consolidated financial statements in accordance with German GAAP and IFRS, including consolidation in LucaNet.
- Develop and implement new processes in group accounting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal departments and accounting service providers to ensure uniform accounting and valuation throughout the group.
- Support the preparation of ad-hoc financial reports and quarterly reviews of submitted reporting packages.
- University degree in business administration, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in group accounting, reporting, and consolidation of an international company.
- Strong technical accounting skills according to HGB and/or IFRS.
- Excellent communication and teaming skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
