Cover Pool Management Specialist

Job Description

You will work within Natixis Pfandbriefbank AG, a leading German bank, in the field of cover pool management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of loan and security documentation (commercial, German, English, French) and land registry data (Germany, France, UK, Italy, Spain, etc.)
  • Data input in the TXS cover pool system (security, land registry, loan data)
  • Production of reports (external and internal) regarding the cover pool using the TXS cover pool system
  • Ongoing monitoring of the cover pool (limits/data) with the TXS cover pool system

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Training or studies in finance and/or legal studies
  • Familiarity with loan and security documentation (commercial, German, English, French) and land registry data (Germany, France, UK, Italy, Spain, etc.)
  • Proficiency in German, English, and French languages
  • Knowledge of Pfandbrief matters
