About the Role
The TEOA Site Leader position is a full-time role that reports directly to the Site Manager with a dotted line to the Regional TEOA Manager/Director. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with a focus on digital savvy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with site management and the TEOA team to develop the site-level Current State VSM, Future State VSM, and TEOA deployment plan.
- Discuss resources and priorities needed to support the deployment plan with site management.
- Plan, drive, and follow up on the TEOA deployment plan at the site.
- Hold weekly follow-ups on improvement projects as planned in the deployment plan.
- Hold monthly review meetings with plant management and EMEA TEOA management to review committed deliverables and adjust the TEOA deployment plan if needed.
- Increase knowledge among all levels of employees by detecting training needs and organizing training on problem-solving techniques and TEOA improvement tools.
- Deliver TEOA trainings according to the TEOA Learning Path in the local language (Novice & Apprentice).
- Share Successfully Demonstrated Practices (SDPs) with the TE Community.
- Lead more complex improvement projects, such as implementing new material flow systems.
- Understand digital plant needs, translate needs into digital value creation initiatives.
- Prepare and follow up on the plant digital budget around CAPEX, OPEX, TEIS Development-Enhancement-Deployment.
- Ensure digital value creation using intensively deployed digital solutions.
- Digital KPI responsibility.
- Actively participate in digital community events.
