SNM Management GmbH is a dynamic and innovative company with a strong presence in the German foundry market. Our company is located in Mölln and specializes in developing, casting, and processing machine parts for the agricultural technology and printing and tool machine industries.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist.

Job Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining quality control samples and other parts for internal use
• Inspecting raw castings
• Inspecting finished machined parts using a measuring machine
• Measuring raw castings using a 3D scanner

The position involves approximately 50% quality assurance and 50% machine part processing.

Requirements

• Completed training as a mechanical engineer with a focus on machining systems (alternatively, training as a turning machine operator)
• Knowledge of quality assurance is desirable but not mandatory
• Knowledge of the Quindos software is desirable but not mandatory
• Interest in training and mentoring mechanical engineers in machining systems
• Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift system)
• Independent and reliable work style
