Production Supervisor

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Machine and Equipment Operator to join our team at GROHE. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Erect, modify, operate, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions and production issues
• Monitor and control material flow
• Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards
• Perform assembly and manufacturing tasks

**Requirements:**

• Completed training as a Machine and Equipment Operator or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
• High level of independence and willingness to work flexible shifts
• Hands-on approach and ability to analyze and optimize production processes
