fitpool GmbH ist ein dynamisches Sports Tech Start-up mit einem starken Fokus auf die Digitalisierung und Optimierung der alltäglichen Aufgaben von Trainern. Unser Ziel ist es, Personal Trainer aus verschiedenen Sportarten über digitale Lösungen effizient mit Kunden zusammenzubringen.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten technischen Bereich sowie fachliche Führung des Entwickler/in-Teams
  • Durchführung von Produkt- und Unternehmensstrategien, um die bestehende Plattform zu optimieren
  • Entwicklung von mobilen Apps (Flutter) und Webanwendungen (Laravel)
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der gesamten IT-Prozesse
  • Erste Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Backend- und Frontend-Entwickler/in in strategischen und technischen Angelegenheiten
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Computerwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Full-Stack-Entwickler/in von mobilen- und/oder Webanwendungen
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Rolle als Product Owner
  • Interesse daran, sich neben den technischen Aufgaben auch in Unternehmensstrategie und -management einzubringen
  • Stetige Weiterentwicklung und Wachstum an den Aufgaben
  • Lösungsstarke Ideen, qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise und hohe Teamfähigkeit
  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch
